Yes! Bookings can be rescheduled up to 365 days from the original travel date via our self-service portal. Rescheduling requests submitted at least 24 hours before departure incur a 25% fare surcharge, while requests made within 24 hours incur a 40% surcharge.

What is the ticket refund and cancellation policy?

All standard passenger tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are provided solely for company-fault disruptions: 100% full refund if a trip is cancelled by Doo Motors prior to departure, or a pro-rata refund if an in-transit breakdown rescue window exceeds 4 hours.

Are my seat reservations secured during passenger manifests compilation?

Yes! When you click a seat coordinate, it is locked inside our seat lock registry for 10 minutes. This gives you ample time to input passenger details, checkout payment references, and secure your ticket without anyone else claiming the seat.
