Self-Service Lookup Policy
To view details or print receipts, you must match the ticket specifications:
- Provide the exact 6-digit ticket PNR reference number (e.g. 5A9F0D).
- Self-service adjustments are secured using temporary email verification codes.
Security Locked: Self-service actions require a 6-digit verification code sent to the verified email address on the passenger manifesto.
